Pastry chef Bill Foltz is putting on a sugar demonstration in the ballroom at L'Auberge.
Foltz is an award winning sugar demonstrator. He traveled to France last year as part of the US Olympic team for sugar demonstration. He took home the gold medal.
Foltz is the pastry chef for L'Auberge and is demonstrating different techniques for other members of the culinary team and the public.
The show piece he is working on today includes several Herons in a grassy environment.
