Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is one of the fastest growing restaurant companies in the U.S. according to industry trend analysis Technomic. The Baton Rouge, La.-based Raising Cane’s ranked eight among restaurant chains with sales over $200 million.
Raising Cane’s celebrated its 100th restaurant in June of 2011 and has since added 21 new restaurants. The chicken finger franchise is currently located in 16 states and has several new restaurants under construction in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma.
